Blog admin is a person which maintain the blog. He/she construct the blog settings and monitor that the blog is running properly. Blog can be one man show, but administrator can allow additional users to become authors, with limiting privileges. As the name says, the purpose of authors is to add content, but also admin can assign them administrator rights and put them in the same position with himself with purpose to administer and maintain the blog.
